Mandala Series
Our Serie Mandalas (Mandala Series) is based on the organic designs of famous mandalas.
Mandalas are used for meditation and the discovery of our inner spiritual nature: the true self. While "Mandala" means "circle" or "totality", mandalas can also have other shapes. We have some samples in our workshop, but you can create your own designs by learning the technique of sgraffito in our workshop sessions.

We invite you to take a look at some examples of compositions with different tiles from our catalogue. They may serve as inspiration to design your own; the one that best suits the space you want to decorate.
About BarroAzul
BarroAzul was founded by Paula Felizón (Anthropologist and Ceramist) and Antonio Librero (Art Historian and Cultural Manager) who, from the distinct perspectives of their disciplines, have been working in the world of ceramics for years. After collaborating as documentalists at the Ceramics Centre of Triana, they decided to share their knowledge with visitors of Triana.
